Amazing!
Dr. MacNeil is amazing! From her knowledge, to her bedside manner, she is the best medical doctor I've ever had. I was diagnosed with lupus, and she has been so helpful for me. I cannot recommend her enough. Dr. MacNeil is passionate about her work, and it shows. You can tell that she genuinely cares for her patients, and their health. Because there aren't many rheumatologists in the area, it's hard to get an initial appointment, but the wait is worth it.

Amazing!
I've been a patient of Dr. Macneil's for about 10 years. She is a wonderful doctor. Incredibly thorough even for routine visits. Very knowledgable about her specialty (Rheumatology), but also general health. Never rushed and always answers all my questions. Most of all she is caring and empathetic and remembers details I've mentioned from years ago. Also - I'm on a medication that is generally difficult to get approved through insurance and I've never had any issues as the office staff that supports Dr. Macneil is top notch.

Dr. MacNeil is remarkable; compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and makes me feel as though she truly cares about me as her patient. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. MacNeil and the office. The staff is very responsive to phone calls; I get a return call within 1 day. Through the online system, you can request refills, make appointments, and even complete pre-appointment paperwork. Yes, it is hard to get in to see them, but they are worth the wait!

I have never been treated so poorly by medical staff in my life. After waiting 2 1/2 months to receive a follow up call to schedule my new patient appointment I was finally contacted and told they would not see me until December.
