My first visit to the clinic was a good one. Place is clean and cozy. Staff are nice and accommodating. I am impressed on how Dr. Megan deals with her patient. She is kind, caring and attentive and gave a thorough answers to my questions relative to my eyes. I would like her to be my eye doctor from now on.

I needed cataract surgery for both eyes. I had already seen an opthalmological surgeon in another state. I went to Dr. Scott for a second opinion. So glad I did! She explained the intricacies of lens selection, the focal length issue and add-on laser surgery for correcting astigmatism. I decided to do both eyes, but several months apart. This turned out to be a good move because it allowed time, with Dr. Scott's knowledge, patience and explanations, to figure out the best choice for my preferences in correcting the second eye. Both surgeries went off without a hitch. I am more than pleased with the results. Her staff is great too, and her office is clean and comfortable. Finally, a shout out to Brad for his contribution to excellence in her practice and an easy 5 star rating.

Doctor was on time, listened to my concerns, made sure I got all my questions answered. Office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Office is easy to get to and pleasant. So glad to have a new eye doctor here in PVB.

I was diagnosed with posterior vitreous detachment in August 2022. I was told if the symptoms got worse I would need to be seen again and be examined again. I decided to go to an ophthalmologist and called a local practice. No matter which location I called I was sent to leave a message. I left a message and no one ever called me back. So the Wedesday before thanksgiving I called Dr. Megan Scott and did not leave a message. A couple hours later I received a phone call and the person calling said they had a missed call from this number. I was shocked to hear back from the office. As I talked with the person on the phone, I asked in amazement, are you the doctor? She said yes. She said someone from her office would call me on Monday to set up an appointment for that week. I went for my appointment on Friday and was diagnosed with a tear in my retina. She said I needed to have it taken care of now and got me in to see a retina specialist and had laser done that day.

Everyone in Dr. Scott’s office was welcoming and pleasant. I felt confident that everyone knew their job and executed professionally. I will continue to go see Dr. Scott and her staff.

I had been seeing an ophthalmologist in a large practice and felt that it was a waste of my time to sit in their over-crowded waiting room for upwards of 2 hours to have just a few minutes with the doctor. Luckily I found Dr. Scott in my online research. My first visit with Dr. Scott was "eye opening". Never have I had a more comrehensive eye exam or seen a doctor willing to spend as much time as necessary to explain her findings which were overlooked by the previous specialist. The front desk staff were very outgoing and helpful and the office had a serene atmosphere with soft music playing in the background.
