Does not listen or ask questions, arrogant
She did not listen to symptoms that were present for a long period of time, did not check or ask questions, very arrogant with responses, so disappointing only recommended emergency room.

Brought our 20 month old in with obvious breathing troubles, identical symptoms to his older brother who was treated for diagnosed RSV-related breathing troubles twice in the past few years at this same urgent care. This dr was extremely rushed and wouldn't listen or even consider RSV an option and said they would only test for it if admitted to the ER. She didn't even put a stethoscope on his back to listen to his lungs. The only option she presented was a covid test and wouldn't be bothered with any further questions. She said his very rapid breathing (44/minute) looked normal for kids despite our repeated explanation that this was not anywhere near normal for him. She explained that RSV is no big deal and it's all covid now - a basic review of the data shows this is blatantly false. Ironically just a couple of days later states such as Colorado began reporting spikes in RSV. We were absolutely dismayed with our son's treatment and do not in the slightest trust this dr.

I had been seeing her for a couple of years. I was having problems with incontinence for the last 6 months I went to her. She told me to lose weight. Never gave me a urine test. When she left the pcp side of the practice and moved to urgent care, I had to get a new doctor, THANK GOD. I found a wonderful PA-C who has an interest in helping older women with aging issues. When I told her of the incontinence issue, she gave me a urine test and found I had a severe infection. She told me because of post menopausal body changes, sometimes women don’t get the burning pain with a UTI like when we are young. I had this infection FOR MONTHS and didn’t know it, other than the incontinence. I’m now on a very strong dose of antibiotics and am returning to normal bladder function. I’m very happy about that, but very angry with Dr. Worthley for dismissing my troubles to being overweight and having pressure on my bladder. Ridiculous. This is my only recourse.

Dr. Worthley is GREAT! She is always efficient but I never feel rushed. She is our first son's doctor as well as my OB and will be our second son's doctor as well after he is born. She is always accommodating when it comes to getting in to see her and her wait times are the best I have experienced, I always get started ON TIME or earlier.

Having just recently moved to the area, my family and I were looking for a new family doctor. I will not be returning to see this doctor, as I was very disappointed in her lack of communication. She does not listen well, and rushes you through your appointment without communicating what she feels is wrong, etc. She ordered blood tests, but wouldn't tell me what they were for. I finally received the info from the lab techs. I left feeling frustrated in addition to still not feeling well.
