Dr. Mehwish Mufti, MD

This doctor is extremely dismissive and rude. She is a dictator who basically doesn't involve you in your own care. It's her way or no way. She will interrupt you, talk over you, and ignore your concerns. This was the worst pcp visit I've ever encountered. She deserves 0 stars!

I can only speak for myself, but I believe Dr. Mufti is not getting the acclaim as she should. What has she done for my mother is listen to our concerns and direct us to people who have been able to provide assistance at no cost. I don't know what issues other have but all things that people are speaking on I have never encountered. Great doctor in my opinion and I am here to speak her praise. I wouldn't trust my mother's care with anyone else.

It was my first visit with Dr Mufti she made me feel comfortable answered all my questions, and she is quite knowledgeable and thorough.

After being a patient of Dr mufti for three years she suddenly dismissed me from the practice for the only reason being that she can't meet my needs and expectations. I have chronic health problems at a young age and needed services frequently but never received a warning that it was too much for her to handle. I have never felt so neglected and uncared for by a doctor .This has never happened to me before. Dr. Mufti and her staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Also she is heartless. I have to wait six months to see a new physician and she is only providing 1 months of care. Please save yourself the misery and find another doctor.

Visited for a physical and was clear up front that the appointment needed to be coded as such in order for it to be treated as preventative care and covered by insurance. SSM miscoded the medical claim, costing me hundreds of dollars and leading to months of endless tedious phone calls as I dealt with SSM, Labcorp, and my insurance. SSM lied multiple times about the steps they were taking to address their mistake, provided timelines that they failed to meet, and engaged a collection agency despite admitting that I should not be billed. I am continuing to battle this case, and may soften this review if it is finally redressed, but I will never get back the dozens of hours of wasted time dealing with this.

Dismissive, inattentive, and inconsiderate of patient’s time and medical problems. She has canceled appointments last minutes and won’t Take late arrivals (despite calling several times before appointment). She is quick to run you over when your sharing symptoms and dismissive of questions. Worst MD ever!
