Very Knowledgeable and Cares
Dr. Scholes was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She was great with recommendations on a solution to my son's recurring ear infections. She was great with him and tried to keep him from getting upset when looking in his ears. She determined he would need tubes and we scheduled surgery the same day and will periodically evaluate his hearing due to him having a rare genetic syndrome. She was familiar with the syndrome when most doctors are not. I highly recommend her. Great all around specialist for our 18 month old baby.

Well I have never met this DR, because obviously she must not feel the need to introduce herself to her pt's, but my son was scheduled for surgery, which was under her care, but it was cancelled after being at the hospital for 2 1/2 hrs, since they heard wheezing in his lungs, but all I got was it was cancelled & needs to be rescheduled, but did not say when, did not explain why. All I got was, he can get dressed & followup with your PCP... by the nurse no less. So glad I found another ENT DR.

We were referred by our pediatrician to evaluate my infant's inability to suck. Dr. Sholes spent less than two minutes with us, she refused to revise a lip tie and offered minimal explanation. She shrugged us off and resumed eating lunch in her office. More than four months later I remain unable to breastfeed my child, she even aspirates drinking bottles. I found Dr. Sholes to be lazy and passive about the care of my child. Our pediatrician read her write-up and apologized for referring us.
