Dr. Snapp gave me her complete attention and was not rushed through my session. She examined me and treated a sudden migrane headache (with aura) with care and concern.

Dr. Snapp has a excellent bedside manner and is always attentive and responsive to my needs. I would definitely recommend her. I have also always been seen promptly. I see Dr Snapp for sleep apnea and have been quite pleased with my care.

I have tried multiple times to give this Dr. and office a chance at redeeming itself, but it literally gets worse every time. My child is without medication for the 5th day, because I have been unable to get the office to send the prescription to the pharmacy (this is not the first time this has happened). From calling multiple times to get a live person on the phone, to making the same request for over a week... I have been so disappointed in the lack of regard for patients and their needs.

I had my 1st 7 day migraine & my PC sent me to Snapp whose staff set & reset my apmt. 3 times. Diagnosis, hemiplegic (1 side of face paralyzed) migraine (which I later discovered calls for IV nerve blockers immediately). She gave no IV meds, said she would call in a script & didn't. In the AM, her staff said she was off, no other Dr. could help & I would have to wait until she returned! 11th day of pain, I researched the care I needed & went to the ER (5 hrs, 6 IV meds, much $). Go elsewhere

In numerous ways, our experiences with Dr. Snapp were very disappointing, from cancelled appointment after excessively long waits, rushed appointments, and most of all an obvious apathy about actually helping.
