Dr. Krause in particular, has been very professional, personable & responsive to my questions & concerns. He gives the patient his full attention and takes as much time as the patient needs! He also is very accessible by phone if needed!

I had 3 different tests on my eyes before seeing the doctor. The technicians for all of them were great. All of the parking lots were full so I had to park in the 11th St garage and walk so I barely got there on time. The office was freezing. The doctor comes in for 30 seconds max. He asks me if I'm ready to schedule my cataract surgeries and I said what do you recommend? Have the cataracts gotten that much worse? He says you can wait till next time. I asked him about a cyst behind my left eye and he said we're really only concerned about your right eye. I asked him if the tests looked alright and he said they were fine. Then he left.
