I have been a patient of Dr. LAO for 10 years. His office staff are wonderful now..... The current P.A. is 1,000 times better than the last. I love this practice and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Dr. Lao is an exceptional doctor! He is very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. I have been a patient of his for about 9 years. He also delivered both of my children. His office staff is the best! Professional and fast to return calls. I've never had any trouble making or changing appointments. They are the best around!

Dr Lao is nice. The front office staff are very rude & lazy. Just go somewhere else. There are too many good OB/Gyns in the area to have to deal with their unfriendliness.

The reception staff is very very rude. I tried to schedule my first appointment with Dr. Lao that was recommended to me by a college of mine; however, the receptionist would not book my appointment due to me not knowing insurance questions that are her job to find out. I would not recommend calling his office to anyone I know.

Dr. Lao is amazing. Very kind and kept us informed the entire way. Sadly the office staff is terrible. Very rude, unhelpful, and just awful to work with. Calling to schedule or reschedule appointments is a hassle and you are chastised for having to change things. Calling for anything seems to be a bother for them. He's a terrific doctor, if you can overlook a rude and incompetent staff.

Dr. Lau is a compassionate and competent physician. He is very down to earth and I would recommend him to any of my family members or friends. He took fantastic care of me during a procedure I had to have which I was quite nervous about. Excellent physician.
