Worst Patient Service Ever Experienced
I've seen Dr. Lipan's nurse practitioner, Kasey Hemeon, multiple times for allergies, congestion and sleep apnea. Within the office setting, she seemed effective. However, when it came time to actually arrange for a CPAP machine for me, the entire office was completely ineffective and unresponsive. In October 24, Kasey said she was sending a prescription. By the end of November, nothing had arrived. I called the office asking to speak to Kasey and was diverted to the receptionist. After checking their records, she directed me to a CPAP provider that knew nothing about me and referred me to another company. Their number was out of service. I sent a fax to Kasey who never responded. I called again the following week and was given the number for a company that turned out to be a telemarketer of health alert pendants. I then left a message for the office manager. She never responded. I sent a fax to Dr Lipan. He never responded. Thank God we were not dealing with a pacemaker!

This doctor gets a 0 review from me.
I was scheduled twice for allergy testing. My ENT called this office twice to make sure it was a go. The first time I went they said there was a scheduling change and could not do the testing. I called today at 4:50pm to see about my appointment for tomorrow and they told it was cancelled. They never called me to let me know. They also said that I was not scheduled for allergy testing. This is after my ENT called them to make sure I was scheduled for allergy testing and they told my ENT yes the appointment was set. Signing the agreement below just to get this info out there. Never saw the doctor

Suffered from constant sinus infections for years. Dr. Lipan had recommended ballonsinusplasty but I elected to do a conservative management first. Finally after 2 years of treatment without much of luck, I decided to proceed with surgery. That completely changed my life and I can finally breathe from my nose now. Wish I had done it sooner. We had a little electrical episode after my procedure was done, and their office lost power and phone operation. Dr. Lipan without hesitation provided me with his cellphone number in case I had any questions or concern in case their phone was still not working.

I have no issue with Dr. Lipan. I have an issue with his office staff who never informed me that I needed a pre-op appointment prior to having a sinuplasty. The staff also never informed me that I needed to have three prescriptions filled that I had to bring with me to the procedure appointment. Had I not called the office two days prior to the procedure to ask if I needed to fill any prescriptions I would have shown up on the day of the procedure without the necessary medications. Had I had the pre-op appointment I would have learned about the medications and the issue of side effects that they would create for me. I should have had general anesthetic and not a local. So in addition to recuperating from the procedure I also have a stomach issue from the cocktail of drugs I was given prior to the procedure. This this could have been avoided had the office staff done their job correctly.

Dr. Lipan has treated me on several occasions and I give him a superior rating in the area of both facial and ENT. He listens to your comments and concerns and together you arrive at a plan that is best for the patient. I find him to be very knowledgeable as well as trustworthy and would highly recommend him in both fields. To top it off the staff provides excellent service as well....you won't be disappointed with Dr. Lipan!

It was great to enter the office to a friendly, accomadating and helpful staff. Dr. Lipan takes the time to listen and explain which is one of the reasons we chose him to do our sons surgery. The result has been great and my son is breathing SO much better and looks great too.

Dr. Lipan was terrific! He repaired my Deviated Septum and performed Rhinoplasty on my nose that had been broken 35 years ago. Dr. Lipan really listened to my concerns. At 65 yrs old I did not want to look different. Just better. We listened to each other and now I couldn't be happier! And, my corrected Septum is better than ever! The whole experience was totally amazing!

I had recurring sinus infections and sinus blockage due to allergies. Dr Lipan performed balloon sinuplasty to open the passages. The procedure went very well and, after three months with out an infection, including during a bout with the Flu, I believe it greatly helped me avoid further sinus infections. The doctor does a great job explaining the procedure before during and after. I would strongly recommend him to anyone with sinus issues, particularly with chronic sinus infections.

In my opinion Dr Lipan seemed only interested in selling me his balloon sinuplasty procedure.. Another highly renounced doctor after also reviewing my CT scan said that i do not have any serious sinus issue and certainly do not need this procedure. .
