Dr. Michael Moffett, MD

Dr. Moffett is always very knowledgeable and reassuring.

He can not or does not want to answer worries or questions his patients have. I was made aware of a condition and was sent to a 'specialist', Dr Moffett in Clovis, CAOver about 7 months he requested multiple blood tests, but no Diagnosis was every given to me. (No diagnosis means no treatment can be rendered)At the last appointment I had some questions that seemed logical to me; he abruptly said no to everything, without explanation, he mumbled something about possible cause and then abruptly exited the room. I never made an appointment with this person again.

My experience was amazing. The staff was extremely caring and professional. Dr. Moffett made you feel comfortable. He made me feel as though he took the time to learn about me and my concerns. He went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and that he cared about me, my treatment and future. I highly recommend him and his office!

Dr Moffett ignored repeated complaints about breast pain following cancer surgery. Ignored signs of Lymphedema. Offered NO treatment for pain management.

We have been seeing Dr. Moffett for over 3 months and he's been great. His staff is very friendly.

I've been to a lot of Dr.'s over the last fifteen years and I have to say, most were horrible at best. Dr. Moffett however has been very good. He's thorough, smart and when he speaks to you he's actually looking at you. I don't know how many Dr.'s come in a room, looking over your chart, now the computer and don't really connect with you or your issues. I've also had great care over seas and it's sad the US has a serious decline in healthcare...ironically there's a "lack" of care.

The level of patient care is outstanding. Dr. Moffat not only treats the disease but just as importantly, he treats the patient. He saved my daughter's life and currently is treating my husband. He is everything you would ever want as a compassionate and caring doctor. His beside manner is unparelled. He truly wants to make a difference in every aspect of his patient care. We love you Dr Moffett!

Dr.Moffett was not comfortable diagnosing my husbands carcinoid syndrome and refused to research any further. Flash forward several months and new doctor and found the tumor. News flash Moffet. HE HAS CANCER. Thanks for doing nothing.

Staff needs training, extremely rude...maybe doctor doesn't want patients due to full caseload? The staff is making sure to run patients off. These are people with CANCER, scared and desperate and should be treated with kindness, patience and compassion...that is not the case.

Can not meet a scheduled apt within an hour. Seems flippant about his poorly run office and meeting patient's needs. I flew back to Fresno specially for my apt and after 1 hour and 15 minutes his assistant came in and told me that it would still a wait. I informed that I had to leave soon and was told to reschedule. If you are an understanding person like I am you would accept an apology and hope for a timely resolution. You will get neither at this office. This is my first ever critique.

He started out like a great doctor, caring and compassionate with the consult, after that, it went down hill from there. He never followed up during treatments, until we called the office after 5 weeks into the chemotherapy. Long waits of 1 hr or more every appointment, and only sees you in 2 minutes, never discusses lab results whether they are normal or not, unless you ask or remind him, and doesn't have the right equipment to do his job.

I've been a patient of Dr Moffett's since 1998 ,he has been taking very good care of me with my follow ups every since I was treated for my breast cancer any concerns I've had he has addressed them to my satisfaction.

Dr. Moffett is a generally kind man who is very knowledgable. However, he's not as cognizant of the needs of a geriatric patient as he needs to be. The office is not administered well. Changes are made and patients are not informed in a timely manner and are left wondering what's going on. He tends to think everyone can do the things he can do, but we aren't all at that point.
