Dr. Oplinger has treated me for various issues over the years and I return because I trust his evaluation and treatments. Additionally he is kind and reassuring whether it be an office visit or in surgery.

I have been o Dr. Oplinger over the past few years. He is always very attentive and listens to your concerns. Had an appointment yesterday and they took X-Rays of my left hip and both my knees. I know I have osteoarthritis in my joints. Well the pain has gotten worse and after seeing the results I have to have a hip replacement on my left side. I feel very confident Dr. Oplinger will do a wonderful job. I scheduled the appointment and keep you updated. His whole office staff is amazing.

I was sent to this practice from my PCP instead of orthopedics in my own town. The staff from the front desk to the ladies that get your authorization for procedures are pleasant helpful patient and friendly. Dr. Oplinger himself is knowledgeable patent kind and takes the time to explain to you options procedures and any questions you may have.

I didn't have to wait long

I have used OIP in the past. My previous doctor was not available the next business day, and I felt it shouldn’t wait. I went with Dr. Oplinger. It was an excellent choice. Dr. Oplinger was very helpful. He explained exactly what my options were. Based on the information given I decided surgery was the best choice. It was an excellent decision. Everything went better than I ever expected. The results are simply great. Everyone at OIP is very good at what they do. I highly recommend Dr. Oplinger and OIP. I’ll be sure to return to them should the need ever arise.

Several weeks ago Dr Oplinger operated on carpal tunnel in my left hand. The surgery was great and in 2 weeks or so it was completely healed and barely noticeable. This week I have experienced psi in my knee. I have had knee injuries in past years. I called and asked if Dr Oplinger could see me in the next day or so because we have vacation plans. I had an X-ray showing arthritis damage. He gave me an injection and said if further treatment was warranted to let him know. He is not only professional but very please as well!

Dr Oplinger is always very professional and very helpful. He did my right hand carpal tunnel a few years ago and also my left hand recently. Will continue to use him as an Orthopedic doctor!

Dr.Oplinger is great,this was my 2 ND. visit to him, different things. he was highly recommended to me ,and see why ,very attentive to your medical condition.gives you the options, suggestions he would recommend.would not go any where else.I left an other doctor to see him.( Not in the same area.could not be happier. two more of my friends are going their now also.

Dr Oplinger was pleasant, efficient and professional. He explained my X-ray and we discussed it. He listened to me and accepted my decision. I will return to him if necessary with any concerns.

Dr. Oplinger has done 4 joint replacements for me. A few months ago I had a total knee replacement. Two weeks ago my knee became very painful. I was afraid of an infection. He was able to see me the day I called. After examining my knee, he determined I did not have an infection. He asked if I had any changes in my health. I told him I’m on an antibiotic for a toe infection. Upon learning the antibiotic he stated that a possible side effect of that antibiotic is joint pain. That seemed weird to me. I researched the drug and learned that one of the common side effects is joint pain. A friend commented that Dr. Oplinger was very astute to recognize that drug may be causing my pain. His recommendation of OTC pain medication kept the pain manageable until I finished the antibiotic and gave it my body a chance to recover. I am extremely confident in his skill as a surgeon. Now I’m confident in his ability to determine other issues that affect your health.

Very very slow! Waited 2 hours past my schedule appointment time! Will not recommend!

Dr. Oplinger was much more interested in diagnosing my problems based on age and demographics than by paying attention to the patient in front of him. I had to insist for him to actually take a look at my leg at all. A basic web search on knee pain would have turned up as much information as I got from this doctor. My knee pain never improved following his proposed treatment.
