Dr Phillips enters the exam room with a smile and immediately makes you feel comfortable. He listens and asks questions to ensure he understands your complaint. I have never felt rushed while visiting Dr Phillips, as he spends as much time as needed to ensure myself and he is satisfied with problem and diagnosis.

Nurses were great, very informative, very kind. Dr. Phillips was polite and professional, he explained the procedure and asked me if I had any questions. Anesthesiologist was kind and informative as well.

I have had annual appointments with Dr. Phillips for ˜ thirty years. The length of time I have been with Dr. Phillips in itself should be an indication of the bond of faith that I have built via his professionalism. He has demonstrated a sense of humor that puts the patient at ease while still being very professional. Dr. Phillip’s experience, extreme patience and honest concern for the patient led me to choosing him to look after my son’s medical problems. To me, my son’s problems required the specialized care that I only felt could be given by Dr. Phillips. Dr. Phillips obviously takes the time and listens to his patients, ask questions, then explains his mode of treatment as recommended by the results of tests he will request (perform). It would be irresponsible on my part if I did not strongly recommend Dr. Phillips as he has continuously provided excellent care to me, my son and other patients I have met during my long treatment period.

Dr. Phillips' description of himself as an educator is true. I've seen him twice for a non-life threatening condition. At both visits I felt I had his undivided attention and that he seemingly had all day. He listened carefully and explained everything fully. He answered all my questions. Both times I left feeling better than when I'd arrived knowing I am in good hands. Love him!!!

Dr. Phillips went well beyond expectations, coming to the hospital in an ice storm to do a urgent procedure. He was kind, caring, patient, and throughly explained the tests and treatment possibilities. He visited my mother often when she was inpatient and was spot, on according to further consults with other specialist that she saw.
