Dr. Rutter spent three years delicately working on my daughter’s airway. He truly has a gift from God. Dr. Rutter patiently and properly corrected her airway in many steps. She now breathes on her own, talks normal and is very active. And the amount of time he has spent with us not only while in Cincinnati but as well via email when we are home here in Dallas is impressive. He truly cares for his patients. A very happy mom.
