Was good until I had tonsillectomy done. Did not listen to my concerns. Downplayed how I felt and refused to return my phone calls. Did not explain things in a friendly manner and shows no sympathy for after surgery pain.

Dr. Smith is an excellent doctor. He listened to my complaints and corrected my sinus problems via surgery. I was still having other problems and he referred me to a neurologist for further testing. I finally found out I have another issue that was causing my sinus problems to feel worse. I have been dealing with these problems for years and he is the first doctor to take me seriously. It is because of him and his willingness to listen and care that I finally have answers to what was causing my problems. I can't thank him enough!
