Dr. Michel Siegel, MD

I underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. Siegel four years ago, and I cannot recommend him. In my opinion, he was condescending, arrogant, and lacked bedside manners. Consultations felt rushed and intimidating despite his prominent reputation. The simulated results he showed were far from accurate, and I was uncomfortable when my photo under anesthesia was posted on social media without permission. When I raised this, the response felt dismissive and disrespectful, highlighting privacy concerns. On surgery day, his brief presence was underwhelming, especially for my first surgery. The results were disappointing: one nostril is significantly smaller, and a bump he blamed on swelling hasn't improved after four years. When I mentioned the asymmetry, he dismissed it, saying perfect symmetry is impossible. I regret not choosing a more compassionate and attentive surgeon who values patient concerns.

I came with him years ago and till this day I hate my nose I wish he never would have touched it . I went through a rhinoplasty with him and he left my cartilage bent in the middle so now it goes to the side. I knew it looked weird but he told me it was the swelling and I should wait. Seeing it never went down he said he had to redo it and that I would need to pay another 2 grand for the anesthesia! He’s such an unprofessional and will not take accountability for any mistakes he will make on you face.

I had a revision rhinoplasty 25 years after my first botched surgery. I was very nervous and hesitant. Dr. Siegel was very professional and confident that he could meet my expectations. He was very clear on what my recovery would look like and how long it would take. I am so very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Siegel.

Highly recommended for revision rhinoplasty. I had a previous botched rhinoplasty, I have been looking for yers to try and find a doctor that would be able to fix my nose, and that I could fell comfortable with. Dr. Siegel gave repair the previous problems, and gave me a beautiful nose shape. He is highly skilled, a perfectionist and very professional. He was involved in my care from A to Z. This is the most money-hungry, dishonest physician I have ever know. My procedure was rescheduled at least once (my fault). I was NEVER contacted by his anesthesiologist despite his lies (no missed calls). Neither physician asked of changes in medications or health issues since the pre-operation questionnaire 3 months prior. I was in the chair and dr. Siegel talked about his best friend’s daughter struggle with alcohol dependence. I recommended Naltrexone as it was working for me. Dr. Siegel and the anesthesiologist looked at each other and shrugged that it “should be ok”. Neither bother to call my treating physician (she was livid when I told her) and the procedure again. Apparently I was moving around a lot so the $4k treatment (total $16k) Dr. Siegel decided not to perform. Oh but no refund....He wanted me to do procedure sans anesthesia or use $4k on other things. He did not follow the surgery plan we agreed on, he made my nose bigger and lumpy with exposed cartilage inside my nose. He added grafts I did not agree to. He told me it was swelling for 6 months then after expressing my concern multiple times, getting surgical report and visiting with other doctors, he gets angry. Makes sexist remark and yells at me in his office. I’m currently talking to several other women with the exact same story. Dr. Siegel is an excellent facial plastic surgeon. I would define him an "artist". I have been treated with injectables and facial rejuvenation procedures, such as chemicals peels and laser. What I like of Dr. Siegel is his capacity to maintain my natural look with a touch of refreshed appearance. He takes time to listen to my concerns and he never pushes me to do any change unless I want to do something. He is a great professional and person!

I do not recommend to EVER go to dr M Siegel. He ruined my face. After 2 second opinions by well known drs in the industry he told me he did nothing wrong. He left deep lines all over my cheeks. I hate what I see when I look into the mirror now. I read reviews on him before I went to him and there were a couple of reviews of women who under went the same path as I did after him doing work. It was done incorrectly and proper protocol was not used. Confirmed with both dr’s for second opinions IT WAS DONE WRONG and he refuses to admit it. I left a google review on his page too with photos! Go and check it out! Before u decide.

Excellent Surgeon, Excellent Choice Excellent, excellent surgeon. After a bad rhinoplasty, I got a REALLY bad revision. 8( I desperately needed another revision! I was considering two other surgeons in the area, but after talking on the phone with all three offices, I decided to make the appointment with Dr. Siegel. Dr. Siegel is very kind, caring, professional, and honest. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions as well as my husband's. Needless to say, I was really scared to have another revision done for fear it would come out worse. He put me and my husband right at ease. I truly believe he is a highly skilled surgeon. He corrected the revision done by another surgeon who left me with a dent in the front of my nose which made it look crooked among other things. Today was my first visit with Siegel, and I am very pleased and impressed! Sometimes it is difficult for new patients to explain exactly what they want. Dr. Siegel is very patient and attentive. He listens carefully and does not make you feel rushed. His advice is precise, and he does not try to get you to do more than you want. He is friendly, honest, professional, and makes sure you understand everything and answers all questions before you leave his office. His work is amazing, and he is truly a gifted surgeon. Dr. Siegel's team is equally impressive. His office manager, Sheila, is warm and friendly and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. His Patient Care Coordinator, Gina Romer, is an angel! She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and she makes you feel at home with friends. She is passionate about what she does and it shows! She is so friendly and warm and goes out of her way to explore and explain procedures, options, and pricing.

Amazing rhinoplasty. I consulted with several doctors in Houston ,and decided to go with Dr. Siegel. I am one day after surgery. No bruising, minimal swelling, and besides feeling tired from the anesthesia, the surgery went very smooth. Will post results next week when my cast is removed. Could not give a higher recommendation.

I had a revision nose surgery with Dr. Siegel and he did a perfect job. I can breathe through my nose, which I could not before, and the my nose looks beautiful.

Went in to correct under eye hollownes, and thin lips. This was my first tim receiving any treatment. The consultation and treatment was performed by Dr. Siegel and it was extremelly informative. The overall experience was very relaxed and more comfortable than expected. The numbing cream cut the discomfort completely. Ai noticed immediate under eye correction, and natural looking lips. I received 1 vial for under eyes and one for lips. No pressure to oversell. Would definitely recommend him.

Simply the BEST. Took me a long time to find the right doctor for injections after moving to Texas. I did not want a nurse, nor someone else who has who knows what kind of training/experience.
