Accomlished Nothing at His Office
Stayed at his office 4 hours and seen him for less than 5 minutes. I had to pay $25 for building parking and sat in his lobby for 2 1/2 hours and a 1 1/2 hours in the back room with his staff assistant that typed like a 2nd grader. The front desk lady was rude and had no joy in her job...not even a welcome pitch. I paid the Parking Garage $25 for 4 hours and the worse doctor visit on record for me. I was denied refund by the WinPark Parking Garage and they said it was said but I did use their parking service. I contacted Dr. Sartori's office several times and was told it my parking fee not theirs and that they will not reimburse me for said parking charge. They do not care about their patients experience as you can see, 4 hours is a long time to be setting in a Doctors office?Beware, I have warned you.

I have been in the care of Dr. Sartori for over 15 years. Previously he was my Mother's Cardiologist. She was a strong willed woman with whom Dr. Sartori managed to communicate effectively. In the many years that I have been in his care and following his counsel, my heart congestion has been significantly reduced. Although I know he has numerous patients, he always makes me feel like his treasured friend. He most surely is mine.

I saw Dr. Sartori as a new patient last December. At that time, I'd been having random sharp chest pains during inhalation for several months. I also have a history of chest pressure during exercise since childhood. My pcp recommended I see a cardiologist. For reference, I am a young woman in her early 20s. Even though multiple EKGs showed that I had inverted t waves, Dr. Sartori immediately dismissed it as "common in women" despite my symptoms and despite having no prior history treating me. I also asked Dr. Sartori if it was possible that I had a certain ailment, and he *laughed* and said, "You read too much. It's impossible. You're too young." Dr. Sartori then recommended I see a "shrink" because "you know, the subconscious is very powerful." He repeatedly asked if I was "sure" I didn't have anxiety even though all of my chest discomfort was associated with a physical activity, such as breathing or running. Young women can still have "real" physical ailments. I am not going back.

Dr Sartori implanted a pacemaker in me and a family member. He is an excellent physician who takes the time to explain everything in detail. He is attentive to my questions and expresses genuine interest. He treats me now for hypertension and manages it very well. His staff is always helpful and courteous. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Sartori is literally a life saver. Skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring, he put me at ease and took care of my blocked artery and blood clot, prescribed the needed mrdications and follow up appointments. I recommend him highly. His M.A. is thorough and well trained. The administrative staff is pleasant and courteous, but not very good with follow through.
