She takes the time to listen and explain everything. I am very comfortable with her and she doesn't rush me out of the visit like some doctors do. I enjoy my visits.

I have four other Drs.that disagree with Dr.Chu's diagnosis. She would not listen to me or my husband. She didn't ask me any personal questions about my family or work. She was combative when I mentioned other Drs. opinions. She has no social skills, a typical millennial, not connecting with people. Very connected with her computer.

Dr. Chu is a knowledgable rheumatologist and I have confidence in her ability to treat; however, her bedside manner could be improved as it is difficult to communicate with her because she is aloof, and she should go into greater detail when explaining things or answering questions.

Dr. Chu is very thorough. She comes across really quiet at first but she does a full exam every time. She comes in prepared knowing what her patient is there for unlike a few other doctors I've been to who have know idea why your there until they walk in the room. I would highly recommend her.

Her manner seemed aloof, condescending and dismissive. i did receive a diagnoses and a prescription for my symptoms, but was then told she would not see me again because my "condition can be treated by my primary care doctor". Obviously it can't or he would not have referred me out.
