Couldn't even get beyond the first call
Horrible, horrible customer service. They also require you to change her as your primary provider on your insurance card before you even meet her. Otherwise you can't get a new patient appointment. The person answering the phone had a nasty attitude while explaining this very unnecessary step.

Dr Michelle is the best doctor in the world She should teach other doctors and nurses how to treat and listen to there patients . Over all just how to be the best doctors they can be. We are more than our insurance with a name on it. We are people with feeling needs and concerns about our health and medications we take. Thank you . Dr Michelle Gaskins'Craig .
