Dr. Irvin delivered my son and used the vacuum on his head 4-5 times (which is more than it is medically recommended to do). You can hear it pop off and we heard it at least 4 times. She caused a skull fracture and a brain bleed, leading to weeks of NICU care and years of issues after the fact. She absolutely ruined my birth experience and could have killed my child.
