Dr. Michelle Zubair, MD

Dr. Zubair listens to my concerns and questions each time and goes everything with me. Much better bedside manor than I have received from any other female OB / GYN to date.

Waiting time was less than 10 min. Dr. Zubair spent time with me going over new health issues. She listens and asks if I have any questions. I do not feel uncomfortable with her.

Dr Zubair ignored all of my pain symptoms and my family history of endometriosis and told me there was "zero possibility" I was in so much pain and that I "probably" didn't have it. She tried to have me take a third different birth control. After seeking a second opinion in Chicago, a laproscopy was performed and sure enough, the doctor spent 2 hours removing endometriosis from my body, including my rectum. An ultrasound does not show endometriosis ladies!

I absolutely love Dr. Zubair. Every visit I have had, she takes time to make sure she has answered ALL of my questions. She is a great listener, is empathetic, and knowledgeable. When I have been nervous about things, she has spoken in a calm tone to make me feel reassured. Recently, when I messaged her on MyChart about a problem I was having, she ask that I come in as soon as possible, so that we can discuss some options in person and get it figured out. I am confident going to her for my care.

Dr Zubair was my OB for my first pregnancy. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She always made me feel heard and important and never made me feel silly for any questions or concerns I had. She took every concern seriously. I had a wonderful experience with her and will definitely be using her for any future pregnancies. The staff at the office is also extremely friendly. After 9 months of appointments, they felt like family. They remembered my name, said hello even when they weren’t my MA for the day and always asked how I was doing. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible staff! Dr. Zubair seems professional and welcoming although brings almost 0 experience to the table. When asked to have Dr. call back we have gotten a rude MA Jessica that returns the calls. Jessica also likes to pretend she's a Dr. and give recommendations based on her view of test results. Dr. Zubair is an amazing doctor. She listens to everything you have to say and does not leave the room until she has answered every question you have. She is a very good doctor that will get to the bottom of any problem. Very caring and compassionate.
