My husband is a patient of Dr. Franco. Starting three days ago he has had back pain and has called the office two days in a row asking for help. No one has returned his calls. What is the point of having a regular physician you have been going to for many years and receive that kind of treatment. Total fail.

After 3-4 years in his care, guess I’ve been moved down to “c” or “d” status as far as being able to see him directly.....last wait was 6 months....then didn’t get to see him after all. Have recently discovered why.....not happy...and will most likely look for replacement. His nurse is simply incompetent.

Dr. Franco has been my personal doc for over 25 years and now after losing my wife to cancer in 2014, I have bought a beach home on the west end of Galveston island. He means so much to me I still drive all the way to Katy, two hours, to see Dr Franco. I would recommend him to anyone and have to some of my closest friends.
