Would not recommend this office or this doctor. Office staff does not follow through and had to be contacted multiple times for the same issue on many occasions. Given the brush off several times. That includes the office manager taking more than six months to correct a billing error. This is after multiple contacts and printed copy of the bill provided four times. The doctor does not listen to what you say and also provided false information more than once.

Thank God for Dr. Pichardo
Both my parents ages 96 and 90, are under Dr. Pichardos care, and for the first time I feel they are getting the best doctor for their health issues. She’s very thoroughand smart. I could not have more confidence than I do now for their well being. I trust her completely. She might talk a little fast sometimes but so what. You only have one mom and dad.
