Dishonest Office Staff
I have seen Dr. Grant three times. My problem is with the office staff. The first two times I paid my copay and all was good. This time they wanted my copay plus an extra $25.00 and until I paid that extra they were not going to let me see him. So I paid it and saw the doctor. When I got home I called my insurance. They confirmed that I did not owe the extra money. Basically in over charging me, they violated their agreement with the insurance company. So hopefully I will get my money back.Warning: If you see this guy just know you will not get in to see him unless you pay what the office staff wants. They collect their money first.
