He sat down and actually spent time explaining what I had. He was very friendly.

I was in a car accident and the first ER I was taken to acted incompetent and dismissive so I decided to go to Methodist ER. I'm glad I did because I got Dr. Quach and he was on top of his game. He was kind and concerned and came up with a solid treatment plan within minutes. Soon I was on my way home, and felt confident because Dr. Quach had explained everything to me, let me ask questions, and answered them without rushing me. This is a highly intelligent physician who genuinely cares about the well being of his patients.

Dr. Quach attended to my care following an ER visit due to an unexpected side-effect of a new medication. His carisma and kindness are greatly appreciated. He even provided me his number in the event my side-effects worsened. I'm extremely grateful for his help, professionalism, and compassion!

I broke my wrist last week. Doctor set it back in place and I didn't need surgery. This saved me a lot of money and time.

I received a bill from this Doctor for an ER visit that was outrageous so, I am trying to track him down to get an itemized bill. When you call this number it goes to an ER and they will tell you they don’t have anyone by that name there. He apparently has no office or staff. $2,260.00 seems like a very high amount for a doctor who asked a few questions and ordered a blood draw that a nurse did the service on. The Lab and the hospital have billed me separately.

Dr. Quach cared for me on 12/15/2017 after a major car accident in Richardson, at the Bush Renner Methodist Richardson. He was kind and compassionate. I liked him. I was in the ER for a few hours. Broken foot, head trauma, need of stitches, staples, etc. I got someone different when I went back to get the stitches out. I wish it had been Dr. Quach
