Uncaring and ineffective
Doctor disregarded my concerns completely, and minimized my symptoms, after switching to a different healthcare plan, I’ve discovered I have cysts on my liver and some hernias that were causing pain. She tried to tell me the pain I was experiencing was menstrual cramps. She did not even attempt to diagnose me or to search for further causes.

Dismissive and Condescending
I am a first time Kaiser patient and had the unfortunately experience to be assigned this Dr. She came across as unsympathetic and dismissive. Refused to give me a Dr note to take to my job for terrible dizziness when waking up and not being able to drive, despite my job being in the medical field working on patients mouth with sharp instruments. Horrible bedside manner.

Gaslighter, Cold, Unwilling to listen to patient
When I was 19, I had kaiser and given this primary doctor. I had prior history of a condition and was having new pain and looking for a referral. She completely gaslight me, blamed it on mental health because I had prior history, and gave me a diagnosis that left me with no answers. She makes patients feel inferior when attempting to explain medical terms and I cried so much during the appt. She never truly heard me as I was a young girl learning how to advocate for myself. To top it off my pain continued for 3 years. I got new insurance and a new primary doctor and was able to get a referral easily. Don’t go to her unless you want your pain worse and to delay healing of all forms (emotionally, mentally physically).

She showed up 40 minutes late and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. She scrambled in and just said "I couldn't find my phone anywhere; you're young so I'm sure you get it". She generally had a bad attitude during the entire appointment. She asked about the "cause" of my depression. I said "life I guess", to which she said that "life only gets worse". Pretty awful thing to say to someone who is depressed. Further, she suggested a medication I had taken before, so I asked her why she was suggesting a different schedule to take the medication. She took it very personally and said "It doesn't matter what another doctor told you; I'm the boss now, sweetheart."
