Dr. Parsa ignored my child’s concerning lab results and never returned my call. Her nurse told me it wasn’t her specialty and to discuss with another doctor. Four doctors said my child needs a Rheumatologist and yet Dr. Parsa saw no need for a follow up despite PT’s symptoms, labs, history and recommendation. She also wrote notes in my child’s medical records that were not accurate and clearly she could not be bothered to rectify her poor exam- I’m not sure she even heard our concerns.

Dr. Parsa is truly amazing, she has the best caring bed side manner! She has cared for our daughter the last 5 years. We can't say one bad thing about her. She has always addressed our concerns quickly regarding our daughters health. She takes the time to answer questions in the office, and even emails. We have seen 4 other pediatric rheumatologists, and I can say Dr Parsa is a gem. We drive at least 2 in traffic to see her in clinic because she is worth it.
