Dr. Mohamed Zeitoun, MD

Not happy...front staff was rude. I went in for a doctor visit and she stated I own money from 5 visit. I had 2 ins. at that time and have been coming her for a year. I assume the bills were being paid cause they never asked me for money and I never received any bills on any of my previous visit. She stated if I don't pay in full today I can't see the doctor. If she knew this before my visit she should of told me this when she called me that morning to confirm my appointment. I gave her $75.00 but she still wouldn't let me see him. I think she should of handle this a better way. Not happy and not sure if I am going back. I do like the Dr. Zeitoun. I would like to speak to manager.

I see Dr. Zeitoun every quarter. His is very attentive and listens to what I have to say. His staff is always helpful when I need to get my prescriptions refilled. His has helped tremendously with my diabetes.

Dr. Zeitoun takes the time to listen to his patients and does what it takes to get them feeling better. He and his office staff are quick at responding to emails as well.

I have good visits with Dr. Zeitoun. He listens to my concerns, asks questions and makes necessary changes to my meds as needed. Has a relaxed manner.

I first went to Dr. Zeitoun after a trip to LaPorte Hospital's Emergency Room. They diagnosed a hyper-active thyroid. Dr. Zeitoun immediately agreed with the diagnosis and started treatment. He then put me into a procedure to shrink the thyroid. After several visits I was back to normal and still monitor my TSH and T-4 levels. I am active and gaining weight again. Dr. Zeitoun knows what he is doing and is quick to address issues. I have referred a few others with hypo-active thyroids to Dr. Zeitoun and we all agree that he is the best.

I see Dr. Zeitoun every 6 months for my condition. He has been very attentive to my needs and always listens to what I have to say. A great doctor!

Dr. Zeitoun has been great for me. I am convinced he helped save my life. I have been seeing him for years, and have even been in classes that he and his staff offer. Well everything went well. The appt. Was on time and we went over my chart. I do wish he would go back to doing the A1c test there ots a pain to have it done somewhere else.

I saw Dr. Zeitoun and received excellent care. He explained my blood test results, and he showed genuine concern for my current health and future well being. His staff has been very helpful in ordering needed prescription refills. I feel completely confident in his care plan for me.

Dr. Zeitoun is a kind and compassionate doctor. He listens to you and explains your test results. He asks questions about your health and also listens to your symptoms. He is always available by email if problems arise. He fills your prescriptions and explains your medications. I have been going to him for many years and am satisfied with my care.

Doctor Zeitoun has always been very thoughtful and listens to me when I see him every six month. He lets me know if my A1-C is doing ok or if I need to watch things more closely. He seems to be a very compassionate, caring doctor. If a friend or relative needed to see an Endocrinologist, I would definitely recommend him.

Earl was a bit anxious talking to D. Z as he is always nervous when talking on the phone. It turns out he didn't need to be concerned at all. Dr. Z is always patient and kind and manages to deal with Earl's needs despite the fact Earl is rarely fully compliant with orders. He has done so much better under Dr. Z's care. He no longer falls regularly, stays awake longer each day and is generally more content. He doesn't seem as depressed because he has such a great faith in Dr. 's expertise. As his wife, I am truly indebted and can't express how grateful I am for his service.

I see for my thyroid issues Dr Zeitoun. He always responds promptly to my questions whether emails or phone calls and his staff is great as well I never have issues getting appointments
