Zero bedside manner
PAs are okay. Dr azaz does not speak directly to patient rather mumbles to his assistant or scribe or whatever he is. The office staff is fine but cancels appointments with doctor and offers no substitute I.e. PA or NP. With PCPs a dime a dozen def find a different office

Never get call back after 2 weeks of calling
He is a good doctor but does rush at times. His office is always behind on appointments. The office staff never call you regarding your blood work and if they do be careful because they tend to give you the wrong information. I have been calling the office for the past 2 weeks leaving messages and speaking to whoever answers these calls, I am still waiting for a doctor to call me back or do anything to get me in to see a specialist asap being they failed to give me the proper information on my blood results in the beginning of the year! Not happy at all, this office is unprofessional and does not follow up or through on their word. It's to the point of they want you to come in so they can charge you more money!

Judgemental, discrimination
I needed a simple form filled signing off my health. On the paper it says “what are you treating patient for”. I have no medical conditions so they wouldn’t sign off on my health. They made me book appointments/take tests- I did as much as my insurance covered- but it wasn’t good enough. They made my specialist write a letter clearing me, they made it seem like I was going around and lying- because they discriminated against me. I later found out they had no intention of ever signing- and making me take all these tests was so that they would find something wrong with me so they can make the excuse not to sign. In the meantime, my insurance is now depleted, Im down $500. They aren’t looking at the facts, they look for excuses to excuse themselves and after this experience im considering reporting them.

Dr. Azaz always treats his patients like family. He always takes the time to explain any condition and answer all questions you may have. He speaks directly to specialists on your behalf so going into the specialist office they already have a medical background on you. Couldn't be more pleased.

Lacks professionalism, extremely arrogant. Forgets what he told you and looks down on you thinking he could play around with his instructions( some times contradictory). It feels like an assembly line type of care...Do not recommend at all

Dr. Azaz is an excellent doctor: thorough, knowledgeable and truly caring about each of his patients. Admittedly, depending on the day he may run behind more than expected. However, any delays are more than balanced out by the fact that he spends whatever time is necessary listening to his patients and does not just breeze through to the next appointment. Particularly important to me: he actually remembers you and any health issues you may have from visit to visit. He is a rare independent practitioner - committed to patient care, reasonably priced and focused on your health. In my opinion and experience, Dr. Azaz is a remarkable PCP.

My husband and myself have been going to Dr Azaz for over 2 years. We like Dr Azaz but the whole office needs some attention. First bad experience was when my husband had blood work done the end of Oct. and no dr or pa called him to give him results. My husband had a ultrasound and no one called him with results. We went in this past Saturday to have blood work ( major) and when i called a week before they said they can do it. When we got there they said they could not do it. We were going there for medical clearance for my husbands up coming produce. We had to cancel that. I had told them a week before i had a page and a half of blood work and the girl oh that is fine. I feel like the office has gone down hill since there is only one doctor there.

The doctor is moderately knowledgeable but practice is terribly run. Doctor canceled appointment for 10am today with a call at 7:30am and no message left. Rescheduled at other clinic with NP and staff said they took another patient before me since I called 4 mins after scheduled time. They weren’t ready to see me by 30 mins later so I felt the practice. Have also been billed in the past by this practice inappropriately.

I have been a patient of Dr. Azaz for over 10 years. His staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Azaz is a doctor who goes above and beyond to help you with your medical problems. He is personable, competent, knowledgeable, patient, and always explains things in everyday terminology. He never has his foot out the door after a few minutes with you. He is thorough, and he encourages you to ask as many questions as you need to. If you are looking for a quality primary doctor, please give his offices a call. I don't think you will regret it.

He takes the time to listen to his patients and addresses each concern. I like his proactive yet conservative method. He strongly encourages and guides the patient in taking preventive measures in attempt to avoid the need for more aggressive medical interventions.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Azaz for over 20 years. In addition to his being an extremely competent medical professional, he also has and demonstrates an exceptional attribute, that being a caring person who cares for you, the person, above that of being merely a patient. I can't say enough positive things about Dr Azaz.
