Dr. Mohammed Elsayed, MD

Dr. Elsayed is a very good doctor that was very thorough and patient with his care for me as a patient. He has a Great sense of humor and he will also take the time to explain things and answer any questions you may have. I can tell that he cares a lot about his patients. His staff are very pleasant as well. I am glad that I chose him to be my Doctor.

I have read the 1-star and 2-star reviews. I agree that sometimes they may get busy and put you on hold because they are assisting someone else which is normal with other doctors and other places. The most important thing is that the doctor and the nurses listen to you, provide professional assistance, and treat you in a friendly and professional manner. The doctor answers all your questions and explains your medical issues. You can even call him if you are so sick and can't go (e.g. have COVID) and he will prescribe the right medicine for you, isn't that cool and unique?! You can schedule an appointment as soon as possible and they also have a walk-in list for emergencies. P.S. he's been my and my family's doctor for 10 years.

Horrible. Called to make an appointment, receptionist asked me to text her my medical card which I did right away. Once I had her on the phone I asked if she got my text with my medical info, she said yes. Then she said she will get back to me and tell me when Dr has availability. I asked how long would that take? She said up to 72 hours. Now 6 days has past and not a single person has gotten back to me. I've never seen anything like this. I called another DR and got the help I needed right away. No waiting, nothing. Don't waste your time here.

I wanted to know if they take my insurance. Was on hold for a while, talked to one girl, she also put me on hold. Then a recording after a longer hold period told me to call another number if I have questions. Huh? I wasn’t expecting that, and didn’t have a pen in hand. Had to hang up. In order to get that new number I would have to go through the entire scenario of holds again. The motto “our time is important, yours is not “ applies here. Off to a bad start, No, thank you.

Dr. Elsayed is our family doctor for many years and he is very caring and very professional. He always spends time listening to me and to my other family members and provides us with professional care.

I just want to thank my doctor for going way Beyond and above what is expected of a doctor. He has been a godsend to my family. Yes outlets on the weekend tested us for covet knowing that both of my parents got the virus and my mom passed away. I thank him for helping out my family and I will always be grateful to him thank you doctor

The most irresponsible doctor & staff that could exist. You should call ten time to be able to talk one of those rude girls working there and at the end never listen to you. The doctor is just a sample of carelessness. I wonder how they could get a license to work in this country. I finally had to to change my family doctor.

Wonderful physician! He worked miracles with my mother in urgent care, unlike another practitioner, who did not take her symptoms seriously. Had Dr Elsa yes been there, my mother's life would likely have been saved. Having seen me, through seeing my mother, when I had an urgent need, he was quick to diagnose my critical situation, and saved my life. I can't say enough about this incredible human being and practitioner.
