Dr.Chilukuri is z good doctor. His front office however is incompetent. Referrals never scheduled on more than one occasion. Prescriptions are a privilege, not a necessity at this place. Plan on waiting at least week no matter how important your medication is to stay out of the hospital. On numerous occasions I have had to visit an ER to get medication as Avance Care or whoever is responsible for making sure you have your medicine is too busy for you. I have also been forced to pay retail at the pharmacy due to the fact that there is no prescription available. It's a shame that a good physicians reputation is marred by the very people he employs.

Great doctor!
Dr. Mohan Chilikuri has been our family's primary care physician for over five years Wait times are 10 minutes or less. He has great bedside manner, is incredibly knowledge, dedicated and helpful. His follow-ups and referrals are great. Add to all this: his nurses, technicians (including an inhouse phlebotomist), and staff, makes for a great 10 out of 10 review of Dr. Chilukuri and his practice.

No respect
Always wait more than an hour. Makes you feel weird about asking for medication refills. Seems more interested in money than your health.

I've never had an appointment (early morning or afternoon) where I waited less than an hour for him. Have had to follow-up numerous times regarding billing and missed tests that should have been part of initial visit. Student doctors have taken part in visit without my prior consent. Going to the doctors should not be more stressful than the reason for the visit.
