Dr. Mo is very knowledgeable, well trained and professional, and is highly rated in our community. He doesn't lack confidence but backs it up with solid recommendations and treatment. I'm in my tenth year of being his patient, and tests and medications have changed along with my health needs. The PA I often see is also highly capable and collaborative, consulting him as needed. Using Dr. Mo's patient portal, I receive responses the same day or at least within 24 hours. I recommend this practice without qualification.

Can you see me?
I have seen his PA three times in a row. My insurance is paying for Dr. MO’s experience and expertise, but I’m not seeing him, nor is he seeing me.

Dr. Mo is the best no doubt about it...but
Dr. Mo saved my life and has continued to treat me for the last 12 years. I can not say enough about his knowledge, he is a genius when it comes to diagnosing the problem and finding the optimum treatment. The only problem is his office staff (MA, PA). THEY NEVER return phone calls. It doesn't matter what you are needing, appointments - new meds - refills - discomfort. It takes at least 5 -6 voicemails (over a 2-3 week period) before anybody returns your calls. I have thought about switching Drs several times... maybe its time.

He has saved my life
In July 2020 I had a TIA, minor stroke, and in August 2021 I had two heart attacks. During those two events I used a different doctor. I then went to see Dr. Mo and he charted a course that now has me healthy again and feeling great. He and his PA will spend as much time with me as I need. Dr. Mo is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He really cares and is truly concerned with me. I owe my life to Dr. Mo!

I was referred to him by my doctor. Never got to see him because the office never returned my numerous calls to set up an appointment - pretty consistent with the poor reviews his staff gets on returning calls. He might be a great doctor but if you can't get an appointment to see him it doesn't do much good. I asked my physician to give me a different referral.

Dr. Mo and I became fast friends 12 years ago when he saved my life from A severe case of Cardiomyopathy. He is truly a gentleman, consummate, professional, and always very helpful in answering any questions. I always look forward to seeing him and I highly recommend him for any/all cardiology needs you may have! Respectfully submitted, Timothy Fenn

Dr. Mo is fantastic and has figured out issues other doctors before him could not. There is none better in the DFW area. However, the people who work for him are not up to the standard he has set. It takes forever to get a return call and often you will have to keep calling. I would absolutely give Dr. Mo 5 stars, but his office staff is holding him back.

Dr. Mo saved my life! Dr. Mo is the most caring Dr. I have encountered. He is a brilliant diagnostician and identified a problem with my heart that had been missed by others. Dr. Mo is the personification of what we all desire in a physician; knowledgeable beyond compare, greatest communication skills and bedside manner, a perfectionist when it comes to cardiac procedures and one who really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Mo to anyone seeking a cardiologist. He is the best!

If I could leave it zero stars I would. My surgeons office scheduled my appointment for 9 AM with Dr. Mo for both a surgery release and echo. I arrived at my appointment time and was told that I didn't have an appointment. They then told me that if I waited an hour and a half Dr. Mo would be in the office and I could be the first patient seen and possibly have my echo. After waiting three hours the nurse practitioner or physician assistant pulled me into her office and told me that Dr. Mo would not see me because he was overbooked and going on vacation the next week. This was truly the most unprofessional physicians office I have never been in. There are a total of three employees and no office supervisor. I have worked in the health field for over 20 years and I am beyond shocked that Dr Mo would allow this to happen. Especially since my specialist office told them the person they talk to and they still didn’t care. Will never be back and will never recommend Dr. Mo to anyone.

I had one appointment with this doctor and several encounters with the office staff. Not impressed at all. Dr Sathyamoorthy seems more arrogant than anything else. Office staff/nurse wait days before returning calls. There’s absolutely no urgency in anything they do. I will not be back.

Dr. Mo is without a doubt the most skilled Cardiologist I have ever been associated with, as well as one of the kindest men I know. He saved my life and I am eternally grateful. After several rounds of tests showing no issues with my heart, but no lessening of the symptoms, Dr. Mo was not satisfied and ordered a cardiac angiogram which revealed blockage and a branched stent was inserted which relieved the chest pain, and put me on the road to recovery. Great Dr., Great Insight, Excellent Man!

Dr. Mohanakrishnan Sathyamoorthy (Dr. Mo) is an excellent cardiologist. Both my husband & father are under his care. When attending the appointments, I have observed that Dr. Mo takes the time to explain complex issues in a very compassionate & easily understood manner. He quickly builds a rapport with the patient, putting them at ease & then when they leave his office they feel that he has their best interest in mind. I can't thank Dr. Mo enough for his excellent care of my loved ones!!

Dr. Mo (Mohanakrishnan Sathyamoorthy) has been my cardiologist since 2014. I had several other cardiologists previously. My husband is also a patient of Dr. Mo. Dr. Mo is easy to talk to, explains things well, and is very intelligent. I have had valve replacement (2003) and my husband has had valve repair (2007). We could not ask for a better cardiologist.
