Dr. Mitchum really takes the time to get to know you as a patient. I tried to get pregnant for 5 years before I had my first baby and Dr. Mitchum went through every possibility before jumping to fertility help. Well she did it! I have to healthy little boys! Amazing doc I couldn’t recommend her more!

Mrs. Mitchum is such a sweetheart! She is extremely knowledgeable as she has made accurate diagnoses for my personal treatment plan! I trust her and highly recommend her to all my friends and colleagues! She is always a pleasure to be around! She is always energetic & upbeat with a great smile and wonderful personality! You cannot go wrong with Dr. Mitchum! I found her after having a bad experience with another doctor and she has been amazing and caring, from an abnormal pap and procedures, to prenatal appointments with my first baby. My husband and I can’t recommend her enough.

I have seen Dr.Mitchum for approximately 4 years now. She is the first OBGYN to make me feel comfortable, heard, and never rushed. She can hold a full conversation about anything all while completing an annual examination efficiently.

Dr Mitchum was great - but I can’t say the same of her office and staff. Rude staff that doesn’t listen to patients and doesn’t even pretend to care about you. I’m speechless at how I was treated by the staff at this office. A doctor is only as good as their staff.

Saw Dr. Monica Mitchum today for the first time and could not be more pleased. She is very professional. Even though she is much younger than I am, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She spoke to me like a peer. She’s very smart, she has a lot of information readily available. I had a number of questions that she breezed through w accuracy, respect and professionalism. Tammy, a phlebotomist in the lab, was also so nice. I didn’t even feel her take my blood! Will be going back in a year!

Doesnt care about pregnant patients. Narcissistic power hungry insecure female who went to school for the title. Uncaring uncompassionate, doesnt listen. Knows more than you about your body. Will assume your condition is whatever she makes up in her head without providing testing or ultrasounds to check on severe level 10 pain.
