Telehealth
I saw Dr. Pascua for a 15 minute tele health visit in January. After hearing a very brief synopsis of my issues, the Dr recommended both colonoscopy and endoscopy. When the billing department called me two weeks before the procedure and explained the $1000s it would cost on top of my coverage, I told them to cancel the appointments. I was called several more times to reschedule, and then sent a bill from a collection agency for $600! I called the office assuming there was an error, but they informed me that was a CO-PAY for my brief telehealth chat. I work with medical offices for a living and judging from the other reviews I’ve seen on Google (recommending procedures every five instead of ten years to their patients), it seems like these steep copays are most likely funding an outside consultant coaching their office on how to maximize profit. Not very Hippocratic.

Terrific Doctor
I have been seeing a Gastroenterologist for over 24 years and Dr. Pascua is one of the best. She cares about your pain. She is attentive and listens. She will work with you to find the best course of treatment. I can rely on her and her skills and her continuing care. You can trust her to help you.

I had an upper endoscopy at the clinic in Tualatin. All the staff is caring and professional. Rushed is NOT the correct word, but I would have liked a little more time to recover before leaving. A younger person probably recovers from the anesthesia more quickly than a senior citizen, but I realize that getting up and moving around more quickly eliminates that groggy, drugged feeling.

Dr. Pascua and all of the staff at the clinic are attentive and professional. Every time I have visited the clinic I have felt that I am in good hands. I remember at my last colonoscopy about a month ago, when they took me to the room where the procedure was to be done, all of the staff in the room introduced themselves to me. That really made me feel cared for.
