Grossly condescending.
I’m disgusted with the way she handled my first pap smear. She made me feel humiliated while I was already terrified on the table and she completely disregarded my anxiety by telling me that if I could have intercourse that this isn’t a big deal. I’ve made sure to tell every woman i know not to go to her. I was so uncomfortable that I considered asking for a nurse or my mother but then I realized that I could have Jesus there himself holding my hand and I still wouldn’t want this woman performing anything, especially related to vaginal health. I will blame myself for two things, not going to a professional like a Gynecologist who specialize in vaginal health, and going to see Dr. Bang who I knew prior to seeing her was extremely condescending. I will end this review with an apology, because I’m sorry. I should’ve never assumed that a medical professional who I am trusting with my body would care about me and I’m sorry for wasting her time.

Nope.
She did not care at all what I had to say or even my diagnoses. Acted like I was a bother when I suggested something. Always rushed the appointment. I gave her 3 tries- she is not for me.

In 65 yrs., I have never had such a bad visit to a Dr. I carefully collected all my paperwork & CAT scans & MRI results & she didn"t even look @ them! I needed refills on prescriptions, & she told me to go back to the original Dr.s that gave them to me, as she wouldn't! If I didn't desperately need compassion & help, I would'nt be there! I am in pain 24/7 & she told me she wouldn't give me ANYTHING to help! NOT EVEN REFERRALS or an order for P.T. sessions which I desperately need. I started sobbing & she ORDERED me to put my mask back on even though it was wet from my tears! She kept interrupting me & was as cold as ice. I left with nothing! 0 stars. Run away from this ICE QUEEN!!!anchor

When looking for a Doctor I want someone who will listen to me and help me decide what is the best course of treatment. Someone who will provide suggestions and explanations in terms that I understand and can explain to my family. Dr. Bang is all of that and more. She is an excellent listener, is very honest on what she can do and what needs to be referred out and she is relatable. She is more than qualified in her profession and I look for and respect her opinion.
