If I could I would give it no stars, I am highly upset , I been sick almost two weeks now. First I was exposed by someone that had covid, I was having symptoms contact dr office was told to do call visit had to paid $45 I did on Jan 14. Got told to call back with my test result so I did on 15 January said he would send email to me and my work nothing yet. Had to call back dr office needed appointment, maybe making appointment to see in person I can get some medicine for other things happening and finally get the dr note for the week I was off work so I can get paid for it. Get told make tele visit paid again on Jan 27 of course cause I have uti I am in pain and bleeding(tmi) get call back told my dr not doing so well he keeps talking while I’m trying to explain what’s going on said he would prescribe me medication and email me dr note. Today Jan 29 I haven’t heard anything yet. I am pissed off in pain and my case manager for covid leave want me to get my dr note for work !
