I went and got my leg veins fixed. 6 months ago and my legs looks awful. Bruised and still having the same issue. Pain and numbness to my toes . The problem never got solved. But that's how Dr do it now these days. It's all about the insurance money They operate on you so they have a secure money income. I have to do my right leg now . I will go with another doctor. Something is not right ...

Senapathi always seems rushed assistant unprofessi
Dr. Senapathi is always rushing only spending 5-10 minutes with you. He doesn’t act like he cares or even listens. Brushed me off on my PCP. Senapathi’s assistant MARCO IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. He had no business telling me about his negative past personal experiences and stressing me out intentionally that I would have to have this same negative experience as he did. They didn’t want to fill out my FMLA paperwork, that I needed to stay employed. Marco said his Dr. charged him$200 for paperwork so I should expect to pay that as well and only IF Dr. senapathi agrees to fill out this paperwork. I also asked to have something incorrect off of my patient records and Marco once again compared a personal negative experience stating “it’s impossible”, and the fact that there is no type of attempt to remove this incorrect detail off my health record, the finger was then pointed to another for the mistake. No accountability. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!!

Bedside manner severely lacking.
He's irritable and does not like you asking questions. He makes you feel very rushed and disrespected. Just take his prescription and go home. I was in there five minutes last time, and even that amount of time seemed to irritate him. Maybe he is overbooked.

This review reflects the experience of the visit as well as scheduling, taking order to Quest, and billing (giant bureaucracy, apparently minimal accountability). I was billed $514 for an ECG and 15 minute visit, which included the intake process with nurse, ultimately reduced to $411 after many phone calls and many messages through the online portal. When I attempted to complete my blood draw I waited on hold for over an hour and a half on multiple calls to get the order sent to Quest. With so many front office staff, not sure why nobody answers the phone. The positive part of the experience was interacting with Dr. Senapathi's scheduler, who was very responsive and professional.

Great doctor
Saw him because I had 2 heart attacks and was sent from my small town to San Antonio. He placed 3 stents, which apparently were desperately needed. Did follow-up for several months and I was very happy. Suddenly though the phone is not answered, refills not done and no way of knowing what is going on.
