Dr. Bartkiw is the most professional, capable, confident, respectful and caring doctors you will ever meet. So is his staff.
I don't understand the few negative comments here. He was completely confident, not arrogant - big difference. He spent as much time as I needed, but did not dawdle. He listened to and addressed all my concerns. He always made me feel like a person. And he does have a sense of humor, but I don't think he would use it unless you show a sense of humor first. Great guy

I've been suffering from carpal tunnel for over 10 years. Dr. Bartkiw is one of the most skilled, talented and compassionate surgeons I have ever met. I felt his genuine concern the second I met him. His staff are professional, informative and courteous. My surgery was performed at Bald Mountain surgical center. I can't say enough about how great my experience was there. Everyone was so kind and patient. The ladies at physical therapy are ausome too. I would highly recommend Dr.Bartkiw.

Dr. Bartkiw is by far the most meticulous and thorough doctor I have seen. He explains things thoroughly and gives you options for treatment. He is very honest. He fixed my wrist. I had chronic wrist pain and am finally able to do things I haven't been able to in years. I highly recommend him.

I had a great experience with Dr. Bartkiw and his entire office staff following a badly broken wrist. He treated me quickly, respectfully, and followed up with me the day after surgery to make sure my pain was controlled. I am very grateful in finding this doctor and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Bartkiw is AMAZING! I fractured my wrist badly 1 wk before a family vacation. He fit me into his schedule even though it was completely full, and I was able to attend my vacation. His results have turned out incredible and scar has healed nicely because of his beautiful work. I am great full To him and would recommend him to my closest family and friends!

I saw Dr Bartkiw in the hospital. He was arrogant, rude & unprofessional. I refused to let him treat me.
There are great doctors out there that treat their patients with respect. Don't settle.

I was there yesterday for the first time and found the staff and Dr. Bartkiw to be very friendly and professional. From the ladies that checked me in to Elizabeth that went over my medical info. I read the review that called out Elizabeth and had the total opposite experience, I found her very nice and efficient in her manner. ( I was not there it make a new friend) Dr. Bartkiw explained things to me and went over my options, I understood what he told me and I feel that he took time with me .

Dr. Bartkiw had his staff rush me to finish filling out my paperwork; They called me into the room without having completed it yet. While I was washing my hands and broken arm in the sink, Dr. Bartkiw entered the room and immediately told me three times to sit down so he could treat me. I rushed to finish washing and drying to appease him. He was aggressive, rude, and demeaning. I was cooperative but he denied me treatment of my urgent injury.

My experience with Dr. Bartkiw was very pleasing and helpful, he is a great doctor and I would recommend him to friends and family members, however, I gave him a one star because I believe that the office staff should be just as friendly as the doctor; they also represent the facility. Elizabeth, Dr. Bartkiw's assistant who handles the paperwork, was extremely rude, arrogant, unhelpful and treated me with the utmost disrespect. I will go elsewhere to facility that will treat me with respect

He is very aggressive in trying to find the source of my pain. I appreciate his tenacity. I felt a bit sick after the cortisone shot and he has excellent bed size manner and reacted with compassion. I will return to him for any further problems.
