terrible and lacks knowledge
if there was an option for 0 star, I would pick that. When you ask her any questions on eye problems or health, she gives you vague and unhelpful answers. She is a certified eye doctor with many years of experience, but is not knowledgeable. She has 2 businesses, so it concerns me she is running like this without any knowledge of current treatments or helpful advice for her patients.

I would give them a minus. Stay away from this place. I did annual eye exam with Dr. Tsai. She just spent 2 mins to check my eyes. She didn't check my eyes carefully, then she pushed me do exams which I don't necessarily need. The place provided horrible service.

She doesn't explain things properly. Never approves refills when pharmacy efaxes. Wind up calling office all the time they are waiting. Eye prescriptions always changing with no explanation on why. Brought my son to accompany me. They said he couldn't come in. She knows he will give an earful. Meanwhile she lets other caretakers in. Look for another doctor.

Awful. She rushes through my appointments every single time. I tried to be understanding and so I confronted her about it. Her response to me was there are just too many people. That response doesn't justify her actions by just rushing through appointments. Her eye prescriptions are inaccurate because she spends little to no time on the patients. She just cares about running her business at the end of the day. Her front desk staffs are horrible, they have no customer service skills, very rude.

She was so rude and she was so tired that she looked like she didn't want to handle me. Her assistant was nice but the staff in the front were rude as well. Nancy Tsai technically opened my eyes forcefully. Impatient doctor with rude personality
