I was misdiagnosed by a practice in the Daytona area. Dr. Osborn performed knee surgery and had to remove a large portion. After pt, I was as good as new. Eventually due to severe arthritis in my knee, I will need total knee replacement. Dr. Osborn is the only doctor in Daytona that I would trust!

Before I made my appointment with this doctor I specifically asked if he did rotator cuff repairs and was told yes. I made my appointment, saw the doctor, got the MRI. I had to email the office after the results came back because they didn't call and the report indicated a need for surgical intervention. instead of telling me the doctor didn't do rotator cuff repairs and referring me they had me come to the office for a 2 minute talk with the doctor for him to tell me he doesn't do rotator cuff repairs only shoulder replacements and thet i needed to be referred to another surgeon. The doctor used the assessment from my 1st appointment.. 'rolled it over' added a note that I was referred to his co worker... charged my insurance company and I had to pay a copay... BEFORE I WAS EVEN SEEN for 2 minutes. I ASKED WHY had to pay a copayment to be told the doctor didn't do the surgery that I was told he did... while I was in the office they told me it would be refunded... they lied.

Dr. Osborn replaced my 84 year old husband's hip. It is now less than 2 months post surgery and you would never know he had surgery. This doctor uses an anterior approach, thus making recovery very fast. I think my husband even forgets that he had surgery.
