Dr Paull was very personable and took the time to answer all my questions and explained things in good detail.

Dr Paull saved my life. He removed some very nasty stuff out of my body. I was real close to a septic infection. I had surgery 4 months ago. I went back to work and have not felt so good in years. He is a pro. You’re in great hands with him. The clinic is friendly and fast. These gals run a tight ship. Thanks Multicare for Dr. Paull being there when I came through the ER.

I had been in and out of emergency rooms before they found my pain was likely from gallstones. My doctor referred me to a different doctor but my insurance changed and my new referral ended up with Dr. Paull. He was kind, informative, patient, thorough, and made me feel like a human. I cried after he told me he could get me in for surgery in a matter of weeks because I had been dealing with the pain for over three months. The surgery went well really well. Everyone from the office staff to the recovery nurses were great. I was glad to have a 2 week follow up with him simply so I could tell him how grateful I was for everything. Would 100% recommend this doctor and the outpatient services at MultiCare.

I got referred to Nathaniel Paull MD @ Capital General Surgery (aka Capital Physician Services) at the MultiCare - Capital Medical Center - Olympia, WA. Dr Paull is not the doctor if you want someone that cares if you suffer longer than needed. My first impression with this office is they care about the billing and the patients are an annoying nuisance to managed or dismissed. This is a prima donna doctor who demands you arrive half hour early (no value for my time) and very, very likely always makes you wait well past your appointment time. (his time must be seen as invaluable) this happened...if you arrive early as and get directed to wrong place by official hospital staff and end up a few mins late to appointment by the time the staff figures out they sent you to wrong place...... this Doctor is fine leaving you in pain for another month to teach you a le$$on about. I called my primary MD back and reported situation and received new referral to another general surgeon.
