Dr. Neda Heidari, MD

I sat in her office for over 1 hour, with no explanation and not even a courtesy apology. When I got up to walk out, the receptionist finally offered an explanation ('we're running late') and another appointment. No thank you. My time is valuable too, and I also value courtesy.

I am a veteran that was seeing Dr. Heidari through the VA. As soon as my referral ran out they treated me like I didn’t exist. I called her office at least five times and have given clear instructions on what they need to do to renew it. I even had the VA call her office directly to request the paperwork needed and they refuse to send anything. Maybe it’s because the VA doesn’t pay much or I don’t have a copay so she doesn’t make any profit seeing me.

My stepmother sought a second opinion from Dr. Heidari after her driver's license had been revoked by a previous physician. The prior diagnosis of dementia, which primarily stemmed from her struggles with depression following the loss of her sister and my father, had left her feeling helpless. However, following multiple comprehensive tests and appointments, Dr. Heidari not only provided the green light for her to drive locally but also restored hope to our family.Dr. Heidari stands out not only for her medical expertise but also for her remarkable compassion and a fantastic sense of humor. It's rare to encounter such a perfect blend of qualities in the healthcare field nowadays. Her professionalism extends to her staff as well. During our latest visit, a noteworthy addition was when one of Dr. Heidari's employees went the extra mile by personally checking in with us in the lobby to ensure everything had gone smoothly and to offer further assistance.

I would highly not recommend dr. Headri. I had heard all she cared about was money, and against my better judgement decided to see her anyways after i had an unexplained seizure while 16 weeks pregnant. She had me do multiple EEG’s, knowing all would have the same result and in the end of it all decided my “brain was hot” (her words) and couldn’t explain to me anymore. Wanted to put me on medication that was potentially lethal at the dosage she prescribed me to start me at. If I were you, I’d find anyone else but her.

Seriously — If Dr. Heidari diagnosis Parkinson’s Disease, you should get a second opinion. One should question any neurologist who sells her line of cosmetics to during patient visits.

Was very excited to see Dr.Heidari due to all the well written reviews. Dr.Heidari was running an hour behind on seeing patients, which I don't mind and was in no rush. She came into my exam room an hour late, asked me questions for 3 mins, instructed her assistant for the other 4 mins and in total was there for 7 mins. She didn't speak to me like a person, was very generic and went through simple questions, didn't ask about my personal or family history and didn't even review my old charts, that the front office staff requested I bring. She didn't seem like she cared and wanted to help me and didn't want to answer my questions and left quickly. I know it is difficult to find good quality care but I was just very hopeful to find a new good doctor, instead I left feeling like an easy cash cow. Her staff also never calls back and had trouble getting my medication filled and MRI scheduled, due to both not being called in.

I'm so happy that I found Dr. Heidari. She is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She is very easy to talk to and very understanding. Her staff is great too, very friendly and helpful. I have recommended her to several friends. Thank you Dr. Heidari!

Dr. Heidari is very kind and knowledgeable. She is being treating my wife for a couple of years for chronic migraines and now is treating me.

I would absolutely recommend her. I really like how professional, thorough and knowledgeable Dr. Heidari is. She is willing to listen to you and help you with whatever issues you may have. Her staff is very personable and courteous, always ready to work with me to make sure my appointments are conducive to my complicated schedule. It would be great if she would have a laser tattoo removal machine on site. Thank you so much for all that you do for me.

I can't say I enjoyed my EMG but I can say that Dr. Heidari made the test the least uncomfortable than any doctor has throughout my years of having EMG's.

Dr. Heidari isn’t so bad, but the dumb bimbos she has running her front desk are brainless. Half the time, they “forget” to schedule my follow-up, I go over the 10 wks between treatments, & I’m plagued w migraines again. The other half of the time, they call you the day before your appt, tell you they have to cancel b/c you need to go back to your primary doc. This takes about 7-10 days, then you call back & her next soonest appt is a MONTH away. So once again, your treatment is thrown off track

Dr. Heidari is a wonderful neurologist! I've been seeing her for MS for almost 4 years.

She didn't really seem to care about anything that I was having problems with she didn't care that I was in pain when she was running tests on me she told me to suck it up and be a big girl. She never once treated me or sent over stuff to my regular doctor and because of that I didn't get surgery until recently after seeing her multiple times over a four-year period so I informed my insurance that I no longer wanted to see her and wanted to be seen by a different doctor who finally helped me.

Dr Heidari is an excellent provider who makes patients feel they are an integral part of their healthcare team. Her knowledge and skill for caring and listening to her patients makes her a Dr her patient's feel they can trust.

This was my first visit & I felt very comfortable & at ease with her immediately. Her front office staff was very personable also. Dr. Heidari is a very caring doctor. She took the time to explain the testing. Some doctors speak right over your head but not Dr. Heidari. She explained the procedure very succinctly yet using layman's terms. Also she has the most AWESOME waiting chairs that I have ever sat in. They are incredible! I am in pain 24/7 so it was a relief to sit in such a chair
