Very personable and willing to offer alternative treatment options. I hope their office does not stop taking my insurance. With her help I have found an effective treatment.

The Best
Dr. Neil Tran really saved me. My previous endocrinologist doubled, then tripled, and quadrupled my topical testosterone dose. This struck me as dangerous, so I asked around and was told about Dr. Neil Tran. During my first visit I found out I was in immediate danger of a stroke or worse from my crazy T-levels, and that the proper approach should be working on getting ALL of my blood levels back in order (LDL, blood sugar, thyroid, A1C, etc. as well as testosterone). My overall health got better with every visit so much so that I'm no longer taking any testosterone. Even my body weight has dropped about 30-35 pounds. The paperwork in medicine today is insane and office staff has overwhelming demands. I find them pleasant and willing to help with anything when issues pop up from time to time. My overall health has improved dramatically and I really owe that to Dr. Tran.

He is okay/fine. Office staff couldn't be worse. Unresponsive. Say they will do something (numerous times!) and never come through. Very frustrating. Hard to imagine why a quality physician would put up with that.

Dr Tran seemed ok, but office staff are not good. Leave multiple messages with no call back. Tell you one thing over the phone and then something else when you get there. One staff tells you one thing and then I got transferred to another who told me something completely different. They lied - told us it was insurance who delayed even though I have it in writing when the insurance/med group approved the request! Actually it was them who did not do anything for 5 days till i finally was able to talk to someone in the office.

I have been seeing Dr. Tran for over 10 years. This man is a true gem. He listens, he is incredibly smart and discovered things about my health that other Doctors missed. I am so lucky to have him as one of my healthcare providers. Highly recommend him.

Dr Tran seemed very knowledgeable and took adequate time to explain everything including the fine needle biopsy to me, however I was told to call back on a Friday to get the results, no one in the office answered the telephone even though they have a central office for making an appt or answering questions. I suppose if it were an emergency I could go to urgent care or the e.r,. finding out a biopsy report might not seem important to the office but to the patient who now has to wait over a lon
