Dr. Nicholas Creel, MD

Absolutely terrible staff. So rude and impersonal. I asked him serious questions about my health and he would frequently brush them off and not listen to me. Thankfully I switched doctors before I delivered. Every birth story I've ever heard from a former patient was absolutely horrible solely because of Dr. Creel. I definitely do not recommend choosing him to be apart of your birth experience.

Very caring and straightforward

Wrote untrue statements in my chart. When asked about my home life I told him I have a supportive husband, healthy children, no financial issues and am happy with my life. All true statements. In my chart he wrote "family issues". Ive seen him 3 times. During the first visit my husband was present, the visit went seemingly well. 2nd visit my husband was not present. He offered me pain meds, muscle relaxers and antidepressants. I declined. I told him motrin and a heating pad were working and I would like a solution, not to be medicated. Ive never left a negative review for a Dr but feel the need to warn other women so that they will not be dismissed when in pain and they may seek help from a Dr that will help them - not dismiss their symptoms as being idiocratic- offering them strong meds instead of solving health issues. I am horrified with my treatment. The care I received when my husband was present was much different than the care I received when he wasn't present.

Answers all my question, patient and care about his patients

After we confirmed they took our insurance and scheduled an appointment they turned us away as we arrived saying they did not take our insurance.

Very poor bed side manner and condescending.
