Exemplary hand, wrist, and arm surgeon!
I only have good things to say about Dr. Horangic. He has preformed ORIF surgery, and a Tendon rupture surgery in the past year and a half. Both surgeries were successful. I appreciate his ability to 'not sugar coat anything,' and just tell you how it is, and how he is very straight forward. He is NOT a surgeon who will just preform surgery on you unless there's a true reason to, and explains the reason warranted, which I admire. Hands down best in the area, and big thumbs up to him. (Yes, those are hand puns)

Dr. Horangic has helped me with bilateral carpal tunnel surgery and a cortisone injection for trigger finger. He is kind, compassionate and funny, as well as efficient and effective - both my surgeries and the injection had wonderful outcomes.

Wonderful doc. Did great job on surgery. Pin in thumb dislocated itself a few weeks after surgery (not uncommon) and he and staff stayed after hours to remove it. He was in surgery when I called about it and he rushed back to Manchester office afterward to see to my needs.

Excellent experiences with Dr. Horangic. I had 3 surgeries from my hands to one of my elbows, trigger (fingers(4), ulnar and carpal tunnel, and all were successful. He listens and presents you with options. I have another elbow surgery coming soon, I'm sure it'll go as well as the others. Number one in my book. Definitely recommend Dr. Horangic.

Dr. Horangic is the most pompous Dr. I have ever met. He does not listen to a word you have to say and is very willing to brush your concerns off to meet his needs. He told me my condition in my hand may be related to a sexually transmitted disease. Are you kidding me, I am 60 years old and I have been married for 23 years to one man and No Boyfriends. What a QUACK! He has the bedside manner of someone who is only interested in himself, not you. He kept me waiting 1 1/4 hours and did not care.

Im sure he is a good surgeon, but is horrible at communication. He did not give me adequate pain medication so I was in severe pain and he refused to increase dose. Post surgery, nothing went as he said between healing process and follow up procedures. As a result I have been going to physical therapy twice a week for months due to not being able to grip onto anything and lost complete feeling in my finger. This has put a hold on my career. Not happy with him or his PA.
