Dr. Nicole Danner, DO

Dr. Danner disposition is loud, dismissive, and not interested in listening to her patients. She can take her sparkly little slippers and shove them where the sun doesn't shine. Don't waste your time or money.

Worst doctor in America I wish I was exaggerating take the extra hour and go to the Cleveland clinic I’m begging you. Even if she can get you in tomorrow and the clinic is a 6 month wait I promise you it’s the right decision to wait for the clinic

In short, this woman is arrogant, uncaring, and rude. Does not listen to the patient. Talks over them. Acts like we are unintelligent. Zero empathy. Gave up on finding the actual problem with my 18 year old. Told him to “just get a scooter”. Another neurologist ordered genetic testing and he was found to have a rare genetic disease that is severe and progressive up to including brain damage. Yelled at me for dropping off a form to be completed. She’s absolutely a nasty person. Stuck in traffic due to a car accident and appointment was cancelled and charged $50 no show. Her office staff are intimidated by her and constantly leaving. Save yourself some time and anger and see someone else to start.

I’m a seven teen year old who has had many appointments with her i leave every appointment crying because she constantly talking over us not listening to what we have to say and basically making us sound dumb having a sleep disorder since i was young with school and not being able to drive and being in and out of sleep studies had been truly draining and she just makes me feel worse about my condition there has been barely any changing within the years we’ve had her and there has been multiple changing of medication and i’ve done everything i’ve can naturally from exercise to drinking lots of water and having a healthy diet and i’ve barely seen any change

I have been a patient of Dr. Danner’s for several years. She has helped me resolve nerve issues with my back and my migraines. She has always addressed my concerns in a direct and matter of fact manner even if it wasn’t necessarily what I wanted to hear. She has always worked with me to get a resolution to my issues. I highly recommend her! She’s thorough, she explains things in great detail, and she cares about her patients!

This doctor is very rude and lacks basic bedside manners. She spoke with my father in a condescending tone and did not seem to be patient enough to listen to his concerns.

Horrible person. I will never go back to her again!!!!! She is in and out. It's a bother for her to answer questions. She is very rude and seems as though she looks down apon her patients.

Dr Danner is wonderful! Very kind & compassionate. I’ve had migraine headaches for years & with her assessment of my symptoms & a preventative medication my migraines are 90% better. She listened to my symptoms & took her time. I highly recommend Dr Danner.

Dr. Danner takes care of my mother who suffered a brain infection. She is very compassionate about her patients and their family members. She took the time to thoroughly explain my mother‘s condition and treatment options. We are very grateful to have her to be taking care of our mother.

This whole place is becoming a joke! Dr. Danner is just a pill pusher, doesn’t take the time to listen to your real problems, changes up the meds, then you go to get the meds and they say your insurance won’t cover them, contact your Dr.... you try to contact the Dr. and no one picks up the phone, you leave messages and no one calls you back!! I’ve ended up in the ER 3 times now with migraines because of having zero meds due to these people! Time to find a new place to go!

This doctor needs help in relating to patients as people. She concerns herself with the paperwork in front of her and at our appt. she: 1. Explained anatomy to us as if we were third graders, twice. And then a third time when asked about the difference that her consulting doctor had given. 2) Missed ordering an MRI for correlation of result on PET scan 3. Did not ask how patient did on her directions from last visit; 4. Mainly read aloud; very little patient interaction. I could say more.....

Dr Danner is a wonderful neurologist. She is a physician who is able to have a direct conversation with you but also listens as well. I would highly recommend her.

Would not listen to what we had to say, didn’t believe us! Arrogant! Wanted to order tests that had nothing to do with what we were concerned about.

Blown off, told I was just overweight & offered diet tips! It was unreal! Left feeling so disheartened. Finally saw another neurologist and found I have a rare autoimmune disease that effects my brain. Had I not looked for answers elsewhere and started treatment my disease could have progressed to the point that I had permanent brain injury causing dementia type issues. I would never go back to this office, EVER!

When I do get to see Dr. Danner things are fine. Her offices visits are pleasant and she seems very knowledgeable. The problem lies in trying to get ahold of her. You call her office, Neurological Associates, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! You leave a voice mail and it will be days if not a week before you get a reply. You can't tell me that everyone is so busy that they can't answer the phone every time I call. It is very frustrating. It is the worst Dr. office I have ever dealt with

As a doctor herself I really like her. She listens at each appointment, she takes a good amount of time to discuss problems, and listens to what I have to say. The office staff however are a nightmare. I can't seem to get people on the phone or get an answer on the patient portal. As much as I like this doctor I may start looking for a new one because of this..... if you can't reach the office to see her, what's the point in being her patient. Bummer>

Dr, Danner was very short with me, Would not let talk,

She will ALWAYS be accept new patients, because once you have an appt with her you will not return for a 2nd visit. She should not work with people at all. She judged me, dressed me down verbally, and did not listen to what I had to say because she did not care what I had to say. Brusque, self-righteous and rude describe Dr. Danner. Her parking space with is RIGHT OUTSIDE the front door is marked "Reserved For Princess Nicole Danner, M.D." Unbelieveable.

Waited two weeks for my son to have his MRI approved by the ins. I called to follow and the dr didn't even do the order. She put it in her notes and forgot. Now I have to wait all over again. Plus my son is a child having migraines with stroke symptoms. Why isn't this a priority??? Oh, and getting through to someone on the phone is almost impossible.
