Excellent Doctor
I’ve been a Patient of Dr. Patel for years and can safely say I wouldn’t trust another person with continuity of care. This is because he truly listens, fully investigates, and treats accordingly, which is a one of a kind trait. Him and his staff are very personable and it helps knowing that they all have your best interest at heart. Thank you Dr. Patel and Staff for the years of care!

Terrible doctor
Horrible worthless doctor. Blamed all my issues on weight and got defensive when I asked questions. Even told me “that’s what your therapist is for” when I asked him about the correlation between anxiety and high blood pressure. I left him and went to another doctor just to find out I have Lupus. Which Dr. Patel blood tested me for (in my records) but never told me a thing.

HE IS AN NEGLECTFUL DOCTOR WITH A SLOW AND LAZY STAFF. SENT MY ELDERLY MOTHER HOME WITH PNEUMONIA. A RADIOLOGY TECH FOUND THE MASS IN HER LUNGS. AFTER GOING TO TWO DIFFERENT DOCTORS AND THREE DIFFERENT CAT SCANS DONE. THIS WILL BE REPORTED. YOU TREAT YOUR PATIENTS WITH CARE AND CONCERN. NOT AS A DOLLAR BILL! A LOT OF THESE DOCTORS ARE LOSING THAT. IF IT WASN'T FOR THE PATIENT? YOU WOULDN'T HAVE A JOB.???? THANKS TO YOUR NEGLECT DR. PATEL? MY MAMA IS NOW IN THE HOSPITAL FACING DEATH. YOU DIDN'T HELP ME? FINE. YOU DIDN'T HELP MY SPECIAL NEEDS DAUGHTER? FINE. MOTHER HAS BEEN A LOYAL PATIENT FOR YEARS. THIS IS THE THANKS SHE GET? I FORGOT..WE ARE NOT THE RIGHT COLOR FOR THAT KIND OF PRIVILEGE HERE IN LUBBOCK, TEXAS. WHERE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN MATTERS AND WHO YOU KNOW. I SEE THAT YOU'RE NO DIFFERENT! WHICH IS SAD. Doctor Patel has been my primary care physician for 18 years. He is the best I have ever had. He has always diagnosed and treated every illness I have had with the utmost professionalism. He even cures problems I have had that the other doctors (including specialists) have not been able to treat.
