0n 2-26-24. Dr. Salari performed a Laminotomy on my Lumbar Spine, which resulted in removing the nerve pain in my Right Hip and Lower Back. Dr. Salari and Team at DISC exceeded all my expectations in meeting my surgical timeline with outstanding medical care. All my questions were answered by Dr. Salari & Team, PA-C and Medical Scheduler & Insurance, and the CORE Specialty Hospital made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire surgical procedure.

Doctor Salari recently removed a piece of bone from my lower spine that was resting on a nerve. The pain was unbearable! At 80 yrs. old, I was somewhat apprehensive about any surgery, let alone on my spine. At our 1st meeting, I felt confident I was with the right doctor. Surgery was scheduled & the relief when I woke up from it was nothing short of miraculous. Dr. Salari is an A plus, plus Surgeon & his bedside manner is superior. I HIGHLY recommend him!

I’ve seen Dr. Salari for back and leg pain and he was very knowledgeable and very conservative when it came to my care. He didn’t automatically jump to surgical options like some of the other physicians I’ve seen. He truly works wonders and I’ve sent all my family and friends to see him who all have said the same thing. Couldn’t recommend him more for a spinal issue.

I had a lumbar laminectomy performed by Dr Salari two weeks ago. I can't believe how quickly I am recovering. The sciatic pain that I have been dealing with for the past 8-9 months has been gone since the first day post-op. Had surgery on Oct. 23rd to fix bulging disc resting on a nerve. I was in alot of pain and as present I am feeling great. Also was Core Hospital and Loved having a private room!

Dr Salari performed lumbar surgery to relieve the shooting pain caused by stenosis. I stayed over night in the hospital and the next morning I realized the pain had disappeared in my legs. I am in process of preparing for surgery. Dr Salari was very patient and listened to my concerns, and explained several different possibilities and the pro's and con's of each. Then left it up to me to decide on which route to take. Good listener, explains very well the various proceedures. I've had several major surgeries in the past by surgeons who are very highly rated in thier field and I feel that Dr. Salari will rate right up there with those Surgeons. Dr. Nima Salari is an outstanding surgeon. I had stenosis surgery by another surgeon in Phoenix before meeting Dr. Solari. The pain persisted after the first surgeon performed the surgery. Dr. Solar performed the 2nd surgery for me almost 3 weeks ago and so far, all the pain is gone. Needless to say, he is my surgeon of choice. I highly recommend him.

If you need work done on your back this is the place to go office staff is nice and they do an awesome job I'm walking when I was in a walker so I'm very pleased.
