Very displeased with the follow up. Called to get an explanation of lab results and was charged an office visit for a zoom 3 minute call. In my opinion explaining lab results is part of her job as a physician for a patient that she ordered lab work on and should not be considered as an additional office visit! Was told by office staff it is because she is a specialist.

Dr. Varghese was very helpful, didn't rush you, and listened to me. Until the point she did not. I have extreme anxiety and have been a Type 1 diabetic for 38 years. She refused to see me anymore because I missed appointments due to my anxiety and my father in hospice care out of state. I've never been treated like this before and to be honest, it was insulting and inconsiderate. When I tried to explain to her office staff, or asked to speak with her about my issues at the time, they refused to even speak with me.
