Good Doctor, Poor Communicator
My wife has been her patient for several years now. Our experience didn't start off good - she left a very serious sounding diagnosis via voicemail on a Friday and was practically impossible to reach for nearly two weeks to further discuss said diagnosis. She did ultimately apologize for it, but that was a very poor way to start the relationship in my opinion. She has since been decent. Some complications make certain tests difficult for my wife and she has been helpful, for the most part, in getting them scheduled, and providing alternate means of contact that had proven effective. However lately, despite her office assuring us she's been working, she and her office have been utterly unresponsive to repeated attempts to contact her.At the end of the day, you want a doctor who knows the medicine they practice. She seems to. But the personal attention is inconsistent.
