Billed for services no rendered
Norma Dunn, MD is a malicious spiteful and immature woman. I came into the hospital looking for them to fill out a service. She said she couldn't and tried to give me some nonsense that I wasn't buying. I left waiting my time and energy and this childish woman had the nerve to bill me.

Dreadful doctor. Upon first meeting, she told me I couldn't possibly have the condition I claimed I had. Ridiculous comment, after already having been diagnosed by other psychiatrists. Would not prescribe the current medication I was already taking, nor wean me off the meds I was on. Insulting, condescending. Horrible. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Worst doctor ever.

I will not give my honest input here because I’m not a doctor and not qualified to make medical diagnosis either much like Ms Dunn who I will not even address this person as a Doctor and I would really like to express my deepest concerns for anyone who comes across Ms Dunn as she is not certain in her decision making abilities and as a Doctor this is pertinent in obtaining proper treatment I am disappointed that I relied on Metropolitan Hospital to provide me with another exceptional Doctor who cares about a persons general well being and wants to help them and this was not that kind of experience and Ms Dunn should be reevaluated by the Hospital because only they can determine if her decision making ability is in accordance with their hospitals ethics but as for me and anyone else it’s best to save yourself the time and effort and kindly ask to see any other Phychiatrist. I have never felt so confused and I wasnt even given the chance to speak and Ms Dunn diagnosed me twice 3min apart

A patient who is very concerned about their health – Nov 19, 2019

I had the most unpleasant interaction with Dr. Dunn that I could ever imagine. I am not sure if she truly cares about patients but has some other irrelevant priority as her main focus.
